Our CMT production time is between 2 and 4 weeks, from the date you deliver your fabric, trimmings and pattern to the final delivery date for your finished products. PATTERNS & GRADING
Our expert team create patterns with meticulous detail, for the best fit and careful construction.
Once the pattern and garment sample are approved, we will carefully plot every point on the pattern and digitally grade to the required range of sizes.
GARMENT SAMPLING
Our sample machinists are capable of making any samples, from commercial to high end.
We follow your requirements for construction technique to suit your end use and customer.
At this stage we can check for correct fitting, design flaws, fabric suitability and any adjustments you wish to make to the design.
CMT PRODUCTION
Our Cut, Make & Trim service requires you to deliver the patterns, fabric, and trimmings to us along with a sample of the garment.
Our expert UK manufacturing team will cut and sew your production to your required standard, matching your pattern and spec with precision. All garments are finished pressed,
with any labels and trimmings added and pass a full quality control inspection.
