If you already have your pattern and sample ready and you are looking for a manufacturer for small quantities, you can move straight to the CMT Production service. However, if your designs are still a sketch on paper, we can help you from creating the first pattern and toile, fitting and sealing your design, grading the pattern to your required sizes, and then manufacturing your garments, delivered pressed and ready to send to your customers. All price quotations will vary depending of your specific design and services required, so please get in touch to find out more and receive a personalised quote.
PATTERN
We have an expert team to take your design from sketch or image and create a detailed pattern of your garment. This will be used to make the first sample or toile. It is usual to make some changes after fitting the first sample.
After fitting the first sample, we can amend your pattern and make a new sample until the garment is approved*.
Once approved, we are here to help on the next stage.
*Amending patterns will occur an additional fee.
SAMPLING
Our skilled team will bring your design to life with the garment sample. The sample is necessary before any production begins to check for correct fitting, design flaws, fabric suitability and any adjustments you wish to make to the design.
When the sample is approved you can move on to pattern size grading and production.
GRADING
After the garment sample is approved, we offer a grading service to digitally grade your pattern to your required range of sizes, ready for production.
You can provide your own grading rules & requirements or we can follow our standard grading rules for UK sizing.
PRODUCTIONS
Our expert UK manufacturing team will cut and sew your production to your required standard, matching your pattern and spec with precision.
We have a tailor made service for each brand, varying to suit your quantity requirements.
To start a CMT production, we require you to supply the graded pattern, fabric& & trimmings, labels, and required packaging.
All garments are finished pressed, with any labels and trimmings added and pass a full quality control inspection.
Consultation Service
Starting a new brand can bring a lot of questions, from refining your designs, sourcing packaging and labels, and perfecting the fit of your garment, all while keeping costs as low as possible.
We offer a consultation service to new brands, where we can help you in areas you need additional support. We can help with:
